After our morning walk I laid Ambrose on the changing table to clean him up. I almost always cover his front with a wipe or a diaper as he is a little boy. This time I decided not to and prepared to put a fresh diaper on him when KAPOW!
Ambrose started to urinate and I was so surprised that I jumped back while letting out a scream. In reaction to me Ambrose went into a startle position, hiking his legs/groin up towards his torso which caused his aim to go right into his face and chest. Ambrose never screamed, but appeared to be saying, "What's this wet stuff? I feel so much better now and you're crazy Mommy!" I immediately started to grab wipes to wipe his face off. Then my sweet baby boy got a bath!
