Ambrose and I with all our gear in the airport. He was so good on the plane. I had major anxiety on the first of two flights, but kept to basics. I fed Ambrose on take off, decent and kept him entertained.
My parents and Ambrose.
One of my nursing school friends Amanda with Ambrose. Amanda had her son Landon in May and it was wonderful to have a playdate with the boys.
Landon and I
Caroline was my coworker at University of Kansas hospital and someone I call a dear friend. She has three children Peter, CC & JJ. It had been a long time since I had seen her in person, but it was marvelous to see her and her family.
This is my niece Nadia and she never ceases to amaze me with her personality. She loves to be part of the group, but stands up for what she believes in and is always honest. (to me anyway) She was pushing a "play food cart" around the living room and offering people food. I asked if she had anything to drink. She responded, "We have wine and beer, but I can't drink because I'm on the job."
What can I say, she's awesome!
Aunt Michelle, Uncle Daniel, cousin Haisley and Ambrose

My hometown Legion puts on a 5K run every year. You're looking at the category winner.
Ambrose in Grandpa Ralph's glasses.
Great Grandma Vodra Techau and Ambrose. It was my first time meeting her and she was so hospitable. She is very knowledgeable and is an avid computer user. In fact, we connected through facebook.
Megan B and I went to nursing school together. She and I grew up 10 miles away from each other.
Meghan and I were roommates in college and try to get together every time I make a visit to Missouri. This is Rebekah and Ambrose at the end of our evening walk. Ambrose hated it.
Uncle Ray-Buck and Aunt Hannah are some super cool relatives to Ambrose.
My parents on the way back to the airport made a stop at Burger King. We put a crown on Ambrose and tried the high chair out for the first time! We had a blast.
My baby on the plane for a quick photo op.
